Job Description

This opportunity will strongly appeal to professionals currently (or previously) in top-tier or boutique consulting firms, strategy & business intelligence teams, or PE/VC environments, who are ready to move closer to execution and influence real-world outcomes.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to support organisational goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance programme effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives within the not-for-profit industry.
  • Lead workshops and strategy sessions to drive innovation and organisational growth.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategy Lead should have:

  • ±10 years' experience in strategy consulting, strategy roles, or PE/VC
  • MBA (or equivalent) with a strong business or finance foundation
  • Exceptional analytical, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
  • Comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and detailed problem-solving
  • Open to relocating to Nairobi
