Description du poste

  • Develop, document and implement processes at scale and drive process optimization
  • Optimize existing policies and processes to generate growth and manage business risk
  • Spearhead initiatives to ensure continued improvement of service quality, compliance, and minimizing financial fraud.
  • Drive the key business priorities such as: customer and retail partner acquisition and engagement
  • Research and implement best practices from other markets in South Africa

Profil recherché

  • Previous experience in startups and fast-growing companies
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • Project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of CX metrics and data analysis
  • Experience in Fintech background
  • Knowledge of Product roadmaps and ownership
  • Knowledge of Release plan timelines
  • Experience in Financial processes (Fraud metrics and Consumer Credit)
  • Languages: SQL
  • Experience in IT governance, compliance and risk protocols
  • Extensive experience in IT project management and Service Delivery Management
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile principles (Scrum - essential)
  • Optimise IT processes around platform
  • Update IT compliance policies and processes
  • A determined team member who understands the start up climate (flexible working hours)
