Our position as a market leader makes us particularly sensitive to the ethical issues particular to our profession. We intend to practice it in the strictest respect of the fundamental rights of the human being and to guarantee, to candidates and clients, a professional and personalized service through the following commitments:
We accept assignments only if they are in the scope of our capabilities and provided that there is no conflict of interest with our company.
Each assignment is the subject of discussions between the client and the specialized consultant in charge of it, and of a written contract including the job description, the targeted profile, the methodology as well as the agenda and the conditions of business.
We are bound by professional confidentiality: neither the identity of the client nor any confidential company information will be disclosed without authorization.
We do not address any candidates’ file and, in a more general way, we do not communicate any confidential or personal information concerning the candidates without their prior agreement.
Our activity is a consulting service. We keep both clients and candidates informed at all stages of the assignment process.
As an employer and as a recruitment consultancy, we respect the principles of non-discrimination and equal opportunity.
We respect the legal and lawful provisions related to our profession as well as the instructions of the French ad hoc authority, the CNIL, with regards to candidates’ personal data. All of these obligations appear in our Internal Charter given to all our consultants.
Each application, wether spontaneous or in response to an advertisement, is reviewed by a specialized consultant and candidates receive responses systematically.
We never approach the candidates we have previously placed with new professional opportunities.
We follow the integration process of candidates who have been recruited by our clients in order to guarantee their continued success in their new position.
