Specialisation
To recruit the best candidates within the shortest delay, our ambition and our commitment
The specialisation or our consultants allows Michael Page to offer an added value to our clients and to provide a fast reply to the constantly increasing demand of candidates, who wish to be presented the best opportunities on the market.
In order to satisfy this ambition, we've set up an approach relying on methods which are adapted to the specific needs of each search.
Database
A growing number of candidates, eager for advice in career management, contact Michael Page spontaneously. Professionalism, efficiency and confidentiality form the basis of our reputation on the market and the trust that people grant us. With the formal agreement of the candidates, Michael Page integrates their file into the database, which is kept up to date on a regular basis.
Sourcing via press
Recognisable by their blue frame, the Michael Page advertisements guarantee a sound visibility in the press. This way they attract high level candidates who consider that a specialised cabinet like Michael Page can better advise and support them in the evolution of their career, and propose opportunities that match the level of their ambitions.
The advertisements are produced by an affiliate of MP, specialised in recruitment communication: MP Advertising. Its experience allows them to realise advertisements within very short period of time, and to provide clients with advice concerning the choice of the advertising medium, the graphical concept or any other topic concerning recruitment communication.
Sourcing via Internet
In order to optimise the sourcing of candidates, we propose on our site three types of recruitment communication: a traditional text advertisement, a Web page and mini company sites. At any time, the candidates can find advice, analyses, salary surveys and all job offers.
They can submit their CV by attaching it or by creating it on line in a personal folder. These CV's are treated as confidential. The candidates can also directly receive a selection of job offers that match their profile.
Sourcing via direct approach
Based on a deep knowledge of the market of the candidates and the companies, this method allows Michael Page to propose opportunities to managers who aren't actively looking but whose profile matches the available position perfectly.
Requiring a good insight in the market of competencies as well as harsh ethics, this method is of course only applied if it doesn't generate any conflict of interest.
The four approaches mentioned above are all aimed at a well-defined selection of candidates. In function of the mission's specific requirements, all or some of these methods can be applied.
