The Design & Creative Lead - International is the in-house design and post-production engine behind the company's international brands. This role is responsible for creating, refining, and finishing the visual output that defines how the company shows up globally. This is a hands-on role for a designer and editor who wants to push boundaries, move fast, and help build brands that feel unexpected and iconic.

The Head of Brand - International is responsible for leading and executing The companyʼs global brand strategy across all international markets. This role owns brand positioning, narrative, and consistency, and ensures that every brand decision reinforces The companyʼs disruptive ambition. Working directly with the CEO, this role is central to shaping how The company grows, looks, and feels globally.

The Trade Marketing Manager will drive retail marketing strategies and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility across key international markets, including South Africa. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of retail marketing dynamics and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. You will play a key role in bringing a disruptive, fast-growing beverage alcohol vision to life on a global scale.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote services within the healthcare industry. This role requires expertise in managing campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and driving brand growth.

The Creative & Brand Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing, expressing, and reinforcing the company's brand positioning across all touchpoints. Will support the global office.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for design, a sharp sense of brand building, and the ability to execute as well as guide creative output. The Creative & Brand Specialist will report to the Head: Marketing and Brand.

Collaborate with the business to design and execute the HR strategy and value chain across the African region, ensuring enhanced organisational performance through effective human resource management. Oversee key HR initiatives aligned with company-wide projects throughout Africa. Provide strategic advice and support on human capital matters to executive and senior leadership teams.
