Oversee key HR initiatives aligned with company-wide projects throughout Africa. Provide strategic advice and support on human capital matters to executive and senior leadership teams.

Reporting to the Business Development Director and in close coordination with the Group Marketing team, you will contribute to defining and executing the digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen customer engagement.
