The Group Financial Manager is responsible for financial control, reporting, consolidation, compliance, and operational finance discipline across all offices of the firm.

The role ensures accurate, timely, and comparable financial information, strong cash flow and lock-up management, and consistent financial policies and controls, while supporting management and partnership with meaningful financial insight and reporting.

The General Accountant is primarily responsible for all activities required to produce the Group's financial statements, including balance sheets, tax packages, and statutory and tax filings.

The Finance Manager oversees the company's financial strategy, reporting, budget, compliance, cash flow, and capital expenditures. They lead finance teams, ensure controls, foster collaboration, build stakeholder relationships, and provide strategic insights.

You will be responsible for managing internal control activities across the Hubs and subsidiaries, with the aim of identifying and assessing risks associated with internal control , particularly those related to regulations and statutory requirements.

You will also be required to conduct regular and comprehensive assessments and testing in accordance with approved internal control review plans.

The Assistant Financial Controller assists the Financial Controller in overseeing the Finance Department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and the smooth execution of core accounting functions. The role manages financial statements, cash flow, compliance, and team supervision while coordinating with auditors, banks, and internal departments to maintain efficient financial operations.

This position leads a small team of Portfolio Accountants and works closely with hotel finance teams, external advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

You oversee all financial activities of the organization and support senior leadership in shaping the financial strategy. You ensure compliance, drive process performance, and provide reliable financial management across multi‑country operations.

As the CFO, you will oversee the full financial agenda of the organization, ensuring strong financial governance while supporting operational performance and long-term strategic planning.
