Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure service excellence, productivity, and quality standards.
Manage production planning, workflow efficiency, and operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes, quality, and costs.
Lead, develop, and motivate teams to achieve operational objectives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
Oversee equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and operational resources.
Monitor and analyse KPIs, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Profil recherché

A successful Operations Manager should have:

Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience managing large-scale operations in industrial, manufacturing, laundry, logistics, or service-driven environments.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Demonstrated experience in Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and process optimisation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
Experience managing KPIs, productivity, quality standards, cost control, operational efficiency, and performance improvement initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and sites.
Good understanding of health, safety, quality, hygiene, and compliance requirements within a high-volume operational environment.
