Channel Partner Management

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for CISCO products in targeted markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential channel partners, clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage up to 30 key partner accounts through joint planning, training, scorecards, and regular performance reviews.
  • Profile and onboard new partners to grow Cisco's presence.



Sales & Market Strategy

  • Drive sales and ensure Cisco's market share and profitability.
  • Collaborate with technical team to understand partners' needs and tailor value propositions accordingly.
  • Scan the competitive landscape and provide intelligence on competitor actions, pricing, and strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and drive competitive marketing campaigns, including launch materials, to increase product preference and partner selling capabilities.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of sales campaigns, using data to iterate and improve ongoing efforts.

Profil recherché

A successful Product Manager - CISCO should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years proven experience in sales or pre-sales of complex IT/enterprise solutions.
  • CCNA & CCNP Networking Certifications.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel internationally.
  • Strong sales and marketing proficiency.
  • Good knowledge of enterprise IT products and technologies.
  • Business acumen with the ability to forecast and analyse market performance.
  • Passion for technology and genuine curiosity about customer challenges and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, goal-driven, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
