Regional Business Unit Director

The Regional Business Unit Director will be responsible for the following:

• The ideal candidate must be willing to travel with South Africa, Mauritius, Nigeria and Kenya.
• Manage Country Managers within SA and Kenya
• Execute the Group aligned regional commercial strategies, drive sustainable revenue and profitability improvement.
• The successful candidate must be able to develop and execute the group aligned regional commercial strategies, expanding market presence, in order to drive sustainable revenue and profitability improvement.
• The successful candidate must be able to identify growth opportunities, strengthen competitive advantage, and delivering long term business value in alignment with the group's strategic objectives.
• Set the regional business unit strategy and translate priorities into clear operational plans.
• Lead Engineering & Manufacturing activities to support safe, efficient and reliable delivery.
• Monitor business unit performance and use operational information to guide decisions.
• Coordinate regional priorities across relevant functions to maintain focus on agreed objectives.
• Review operational capacity and resource needs to support planned business activity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen quality, efficiency and delivery.
• Represent the business unit in regional planning and performance discussions.
• Maintain clear oversight of regional activity and ensure priorities remain aligned with business plans.
