The property caters to an international clientele and is a preferred destination for high-end leisure, corporate events, and incentive travel, setting benchmarks in five‑star hospitality.Description du posteReporting to the Director of Business Development, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in revenue generation, brand visibility, and long-term client partnerships.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Developing and executing a targeted MICE and DMC sales strategy to attract high-value corporate and incentive business from local and international marketsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies and DMC partnersCollaborating closely with events, F&B and operations teams to design and sell bespoke experiences, including tailor‑made itineraries and luxury activitiesNegotiating contracts, pricing and packages to optimise revenue and profitability while protecting brand standardsMonitoring market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within the MICE and luxury travel sectorsOverseeing the end‑to‑end execution of events, ensuring delivery aligns with five‑star service expectationsRepresenting the hotel at trade shows, networking events and industry forums, locally and internationallyProfil recherchéThe ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset combined with a passion for luxury hospitality and experiential travel.
