* Deliver timely and accurate management, Group and Board reporting, and cascade the Balanced Scorecard into finance dashboards and monthly business reviews.

Treasury, FX & Funding

* Manage banking relationships, letters of credit and credit facilities; maintain liquidity headroom, compliance with lender covenants (including DSCR) and a competitive cost of funds.

* Structure and secure the funding plan for expansion, including DRI and upstream mining, together with the Country Business Head and lenders.

Working Capital, Cash Flow & Credit Risk

* Drive cash conversion; set and enforce customer credit policy with Sales & Marketing and control receivables, overdue accounts and bad debts.

* Work with Supply Chain and Warehouse & Inventory to optimize inventory (raw materials, billets, WIP, finished goods, stores), pay suppliers on agreed terms, and maintain a reliable 13-week cash forecast.

* Pursue timely recovery of VAT refunds, duty-related deposits and other statutory receivables.

Costing, Management Accounting & Margin Analytics

* Provide accurate cost per tonne and margin by stage (SMS, Rolling Mill, WRM, downstream wire) and by product, including metallic yield, scrap and billet reconciliation and metal spread.

* Own inventory valuation and stock control, and minimize variances between physical stock and book.

* Support pricing, tender costing and key-account decisions, and validate the cost savings claimed by operations and commercial teams.

Capital Allocation, Projects Controlling & Strategic Affairs

* Appraise and independently review business cases for expansions, with FX, energy and raw-material sensitivities, before Board submission.

* Oversee Strategic & Corporate Affairs, supporting the Country Business Head and Board with long-term plans, feasibility work and corporate development.

* Serve as the primary finance liaison to the Board, audit committee and Group Finance.

Team Leadership & Finance Transformation

* Lead and develop the finance team across Finance, Costing & Management Accounting,

Treasury and Projects Controlling; build succession and local capability.
