Description du poste

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to maximise performance and productivity.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Profil recherché
