We are looking for an experienced and internationally minded Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations across Kenya and Tanzania. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, solid business acumen, and a proven track record managing finance functions across multiple African countries.
  • Previous experience in multiple countries in Africa
  • The role can be based in Kenya, in Tanzania or in Uganda

Description du poste

  • -Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities,
  • -Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements in Kenya and Tanzania,
  • -Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes,
  • -Monitor working capital, cash flow, and inventory performance,
  • -Partner with commercial and operational teams to support business growth and profitability,
  • -Develop and implement financial controls and risk management procedures,
  • -Coordinate external audits and maintain strong relationships with banks and regulatory authorities,
  • -Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior management,
  • -Lead, mentor, and develop local finance teams.



Profil recherché

  • -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field,
  • -Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred,
  • -Minimum 5 years of finance management experience within distribution, FMCG, retail, trading, or similar sectors,
  • -Experience working across multiple African countries is essential,
  • -Strong understanding of East African business environments,
  • -Excellent analytical and leadership skills,
  • -Fluent in English; Swahili is an advantage,
  • -Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
