  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in all training modules.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of training centre staff.
  • Manage the training centre's budget, resources, and operational plans effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and industry partners.

Profil recherché

A successful GM Training Hub should have:
