Our client is a well-established South African retail business with a growing portfolio of consumer brands and a strong presence across both physical stores and e-commerce channels.

Description du poste

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, SEO, and marketplace functions.
  • Manage social media, paid digital campaigns, SEO, and e-commerce marketplace performance to maximise brand visibility and revenue.
  • Analyse campaign performance, optimise marketing initiatives using data-driven insights, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget and drive continuous improvement to achieve commercial objectives and maximise return on investment.

Profil recherché

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role within retail, FMCG, beauty, fashion, or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and omnichannel platforms.
  • Retail, FMCG, beauty, fashion, or e-commerce indsustry
