Description du poste

  • Collaborates with regional commercial teams to drive marketing, sales, clinical education, and regulatory initiatives across the region.
  • Supports product launches, dealer management, sales training, and inventory planning to enhance commercial performance.
  • Adapts marketing content and sales tools to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Collects and analyzes market intelligence on competitors, pricing, distribution networks, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key industry stakeholders, opinion leaders, distributors, and dental institutions.
  • Represents the company at dental exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Supports pricing strategies, product portfolio management, and the development of regional commercial solutions.
  • Contributes to forecasting, budgeting, product registration, and supply chain activities to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Profil recherché

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • BS degree or equivalent in marketing or business, advance degree and qualifications preferred.
  • Years and Types of Experience:
  • 7 - 10 years related experience in marketing, experience in multiple technical product segments. Preference is for experience in multi- channel environments and in a regulated industry. Operating on a global level is also highly preferred.
  • Proven sales leadership and strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented individual who takes initiative and delivers outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in regaining market share and turning around underperforming sales environments.
  • Strong people management and coaching experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Solid understanding of the dental industry, including market dynamics, distribution channels, and key stakeholders.
  • Mature, proactive, and commercially astute professional with excellent strategic and operational capabilities.
  • Experience implementing rapid sales improvement strategies and driving sustainable business growth in competitive markets.
