Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Monitor compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records accurately.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
Analyse HR metrics and provide reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to drive organisational initiatives.

A successful Human Capital Operations Manager should have:

Degree in Human Resource Management
10 year's HC operations experience, including 3 years in a managerial role is mandatory
Proven experience in human resources operations, particularly in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
