  • Implement HR strategies to support organisational goals and workforce development.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management processes.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
  • Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems to enhance productivity.
  • Develop and execute training programmes to upskill employees.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop HR policies aligned with business needs.

Profil recherché

A successful Regional HR Executive should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in HR management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively.
