Job Description

* Lead the review, mapping, redesign and optimisation of business processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement;* Lead BPR, digital transformation and enterprise software implementation projects from initiation through to implementation and post-implementation review;* Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, including workflow automation, system enhancements and integrations;* Coordinate the implementation and integration of enterprise and insurance-related systems, APIs and third-party technology/FinTech solutions;* Develop business cases, project plans, implementation roadmaps and process governance frameworks;* Collaborate with business and technology teams to streamline workflows, improve customer journeys and enhance operational efficiency;* Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, dependencies and deliverables, ensuring effective project governance; and* Track post-implementation benefits, system performance and process improvements to support sustainable change and business outcomes

The Successful Applicant

* Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management or related field, with a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in project management, BPR, process improvement or digital transformation;* Proven experience in managing cross-functional and enterprise-wide projects;* Strong hands-on experience in process mapping, workflow redesign and business process optimisation;* Knowledge of BPR, continuous improvement and digital transformation methodologies;* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills; and* Ability to lead change and deliver sustainable business improvement
