This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable organisation in the property industry, specialising in construction projects. Based in Mahe, you will play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and ensuring project success.

The role of the Development Executive is to work with the Head of Development to drive development initiatives from identification of development opportunities leading to project conceptualization, project feasibility, deal making up to finalization of deal with clients/customers/partners and project marketing up to required pre sales/pre lease levels to ensure that project financing is secured and project can be materialized.

The role will focus on overseeing the final phase of a large-scale resort construction project, coordinating on-site activities, managing contractors, and ensuring successful project delivery. This position offers significant international exposure within a fast-growing hospitality environment.

The Development & Design Manager will lead and oversee the design and development processes within the retail industry, ensuring innovative and efficient solutions are implemented. This role requires a candidate with strong technical problem-solving abilities, research aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
