Our client is a well-established business hotel in Mauritius, recognised for delivering quality hospitality experiences to both corporate and leisure guests.

Job Description

Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, room service, and catering activities.
Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring consistently high service standards and exceptional dining experiences.
Manage departmental budgets, P&L performance, food and beverage costs, and revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop F&B teams to foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with culinary and hotel leadership teams to enhance menus, promotions, and guest offerings.
Monitor operational KPIs, analyse performance trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Support special events, conferences, and banqueting functions while ensuring seamless service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful F&B Manager should have:

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Food & Beverage management within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability management.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and hospitality best practices.
Commercially minded with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
