Job Description

  • -Manage the overall finance function for Angola and Mozambique,
  • -Deliver accurate financial reporting in accordance with corporate and local requirements,
  • -Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities,
  • -Ensure robust treasury management and cash flow optimization,
  • -Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement,
  • -Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory obligations,
  • -Support commercial decision-making through detailed financial analysis,
  • -Strengthen internal controls and governance processes,
  • -Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders,
  • -Build and develop high-performing finance teams.



The Successful Applicant

  • -Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline,
  • -Minimum 5 to 10 years of progressive finance management experience,
  • -Background in distribution, wholesale, trading, consumer goods, or supply chain businesses,
  • -Proven experience in at least two African countries,
  • -Knowledge of Lusophone African markets is highly desirable,
  • -Strong leadership and change management capabilities,
  • -Fluent English required; Portuguese is a significant advantage,
  • -Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.
