Job Description
- -Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and sustainable growth,
- -Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes,
- -Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements,
- -Manage cash flow, foreign exchange exposure, and working capital optimization,
- -Deliver insightful business analysis and performance monitoring,
- -Support pricing, investment, and expansion decisions through financial modelling,
- -Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures,
- -Lead audit processes and coordinate with external advisors,
- -Supervise and develop finance teams across both countries,
- -Contribute actively to the regional management team.
The Successful Applicant
- -University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field,
- -Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus,
- -Minimum 5 to10 years' experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent role,
- -Strong exposure to multinational environments and multiple African markets,
- -Experience within distribution, FMCG, retail, or trading sectors,
- -Strong understanding of business partnering and performance management,
- -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
- -Fluent English required.
