About Our Client

Our client is a leading hospitality group with a strong presence in Mauritius and a diverse portfolio of hospitality and leisure assets. The Head Office is seeking a highly skilled finance professional to strengthen its consolidation and reporting function and support continued business growth.

Job Description

  • Lead the Group's monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation process.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Develop budgeted and forecasted consolidated financial reports for Board review.
  • Coordinate reporting activities across multiple business units and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Group financial data, including intercompany eliminations.
  • Partner with senior management to deliver financial insights, KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, controls and governance practices.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process.
  • Monitor IFRS developments and ensure ongoing compliance with reporting requirements.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Consolidation & Reporting Lead should have:

  • ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Strong audit background with proven experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
  • Excellent knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems, ideally Oracle.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience within the hospitality sector would be a distinct advantage.
