Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial statements and management reports for the Group and its subsidiaries.
  • Lead the Group's multi-currency consolidation process for monthly management reporting, quarterly Board reporting, and annual statutory financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, statutory accounting requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations.
  • Coordinate closely with finance teams across all business units to ensure consistent, complete, and accurate financial reporting.
  • Review and validate monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany and foreign currency balances.
  • Partner with senior finance leadership to prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations for Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
  • Oversee corporate tax, VAT, and other fiscal compliance requirements across the Group.
  • Drive continuous improvements in financial systems, processes, controls, and reporting tools, ensuring the effective use of ERP platforms and financial technologies.
  • Provide technical accounting expertise and guidance to finance teams across the organization.
  • Design and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting frameworks to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, investment appraisals, business performance reviews, and strategic projects across the Group.
  • Contribute to strengthening governance, internal controls, and financial best practices to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.



The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in group consolidation, financial reporting, and IFRS within a multi-entity environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, audit processes, and internal controls.
  • Experience working within an international or multi-currency organization.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at Board and Executive levels.
  • Strong systems proficiency, ideally with experience using Oracle or other ERP platforms.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
