Job Description

  • Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment run efficiently.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to minimise disruptions to production.
  • Source and manage spare parts and materials for repairs.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members where necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:

  • Relevant technical qualifications in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
