Job Description
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment run efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimise disruptions to production.
- Source and manage spare parts and materials for repairs.
- Provide technical support and training to team members where necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
- Relevant technical qualifications in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
