The Finance and Administrative Manager, reporting to the Operations Director, oversees both the Finance and Administration functions.The role is responsible for financial accounting, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, budgeting, payroll, and audit and tax compliance across all entities, while also managing office and facilities administration, procurement, asset management, document control, and travel coordination.
You will be responsible for managing internal control activities across the Hubs and subsidiaries, with the aim of identifying and assessing risks associated with internal control , particularly those related to regulations and statutory requirements.You will also be required to conduct regular and comprehensive assessments and testing in accordance with approved internal control review plans.
