Job Description

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and growth objectives.
Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to maximise performance and productivity.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Director should have:

Proven experience in sales leadership within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Solid understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
Relevant educational qualifications in business, sales, or a related field.
