The resource person will focus on driving innovation, streamlining of business processes, automation of core service and experience journeys, and driving efficiencies and automation with AI tools amongst others.

Job Description

  • Lead the identification, design, and implementation of digital solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery;
  • Analyse existing processes and recommend automation, system enhancements, or technology-driven improvements;
  • Develop and maintain the organisation's digital transformation roadmap in alignment with strategic objectives;
  • Coordinate with IT and business units to ensure successful integration of digital tools;
  • Scan the market for emerging technologies, tools, and digital trends relevant to the organisation;
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes; and
  • Provide training, demonstrations, and support to end-users on newly deployed tools or systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Transformation & Innovation Specialist should have:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field including a minimum of 4 years in digital transformation, business process improvement, innovation, or technology-driven roles;
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, RPA, workflow tools), data analytics platforms, or AI-driven applications;
  • Proven track record managing digital projects or implementing process improvements;
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; and
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive adoption of digital change.
