Job Description

Manage a portfolio of international clients across multiple African countries.
Act as the primary point of contact for HR and employee-related matters.
Advise clients on employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
Support employee relations matters, grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate employment contracts, documentation and compliance requirements.
Manage work permit, visa and expatriate administration processes.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide guidance on local employment practices and HR compliance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and timely resolution of queries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in HR, Employee Relations, HR Operations or Account Management.
Strong knowledge of employment practices, employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
Experience handling employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures and workplace issues.
Exposure to expatriate management, work permits or immigration processes is an advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with international teams.
