PRODUCTION DIRECTOR EXTRUSION/THERMOFORMING- ALGERIA

You will be responsible of the following tasks:

• Manage production operations and coordinate with the maintenance and quality departments
• Monitor production activity (production dashboards, incident reports, quality, etc.)
• Contribute to the development and optimization of production processes
• Centralise and resolve all incidents (anomalies, information collection and causes of observed malfunctions) * Define and implement the necessary corrections (waste, compliance, etc.)
• Provide training to teams on technical advances, skills transfer, as well as quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Define training needs to enable skills development for the entire team.
• Manage, evaluate, and manage production personnel (information, setting objectives, organising activities, technical assistance, safety)
• Raise team awareness of the requirements of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000
