Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end Salesforce practice, including strategy, offerings, delivery, and people development
Drive business development activities, including client acquisition, upselling, cross‑selling, and pipeline growth
Build and manage a high‑performing Salesforce delivery team, providing mentorship and leadership
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives
Ensure delivery excellence, governance, and quality across Salesforce engagements
Collaborate with sales, presales, and internal stakeholders to shape proposals and solution designs
Strengthen partnerships within the Salesforce ecosystem and stay current with platform innovations
Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, frameworks, and reusable assets

The Successful Applicant

A successful Salesforce Practice Manager should have:

Proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment
Demonstrated success in practice building, revenue generation, and business growth
Deep functional and/or technical expertise across Salesforce clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, Platform)
Strong leadership capability at Manager or Senior Manager level
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and commercial acumen
Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands‑on contributor
