1) Technical Leadership
a. Serve as subject matter expert for solar power generation. Ensuring the entire Group is kept abreast of updates in the industry
c. Assist in market research and identify solar energy projects throughout Nigeria
d. Develop standard operating procedures site audits, designs, costing and sales proposals
g. Liaise with regulatory and governmental institutions as required.
2) Sales Engineering
d. Leads client conversations through emails, phone calls and in person meetings
e. Design of PV systems (on grid, off grid, hybrid).
f. Develops sales proposals to drive the sales process
g. Prepare and submit tender documents (specifications, Bill of Quantities, drawings, etc.) and designs as per requirements.
Head of Sales Engineering
The candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of this company, with strong emphasis on leading a Marketing and Sales team .Must have commercial experience with a strong marketing flair. Minimum 15 years in a senior management position within the industrial or related industries with good marketing background.
