Kgolagano is the Human Resources Director, who is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and currently working at MA Automotive Tool and Die (PTY) LTD. A woman of color working in a typically male-dominated automotive industry, the values-driven Kgolagano believes that ‘your attitude determines your altitude’. She also shares why mentorships are important and how downtime is critical to living to your potential both in work and life.
