Our client is a leading international advisory firm looking to strengthen and further develop its African practice.

Job Description

Working closely with the African consulting team and the firm's international leadership, you will take a senior role in developing the practice across the continent, combining client advisory, business development and project leadership. You will:

  • Advise senior executives, investors and institutions on complex strategic and growth challenges across Africa;
  • Originate and develop high-value consulting engagements;
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, investors, DFIs and public-sector leaders;
  • Lead complex, multi-country strategy and advisory assignments;
  • Identify emerging opportunities across African markets and translate them into client engagements;
  • Lead and develop high-performing consulting teams;
  • Contribute directly to the growth and positioning of the African practice.

The Successful Applicant

You are a Senior Manager, Director or equivalent from a leading strategy consulting, Big 4 or international advisory firm, with a strong track record across African markets and a solid understanding of the Ghanaian business environment.

You combine first-class consulting credentials with a genuine commercial mindset and a proven ability to originate, win and lead high-value assignments. You are credible at C-suite level and bring an established senior network across corporates, investors, DFIs and/or public institutions.

Exposure to agriculture, agribusiness, food systems, investment or development finance is highly desirable. Fluent English is essential; French would be a strong advantage.
