Job Description

  • Develop and implement the organisation's IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of digital and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Deliver end-to-end digital transformation projects on time, within budget, and to agreed outcomes.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through enterprise analytics and business intelligence.
  • Oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology risk management.
  • Manage strategic IT vendors, technology partnerships, and outsourced services.
  • Partner with senior management to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT team, driving capability development and performance.
  • Promote digital and AI literacy across the organisation in partnership with relevant stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Digital Transformation should have:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 year's experience in digital transformation, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven digital transformation experience across multi-site operations; industry experience is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, CMMS/EAM, project management systems, and operational dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance and cybersecurity best practices.
