The Chief Property Officer has overall accountability for the Group's property development portfolio and project execution activities, from strategic conception through to delivery and post-completion management. This is a high-responsibility, high-production leadership role that combines strategic development leadership with hands-on project execution oversight.

Engineering professional or certified operator with a master's degree. Must hold credentials demonstrating a minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience as a specialist in the commissioning of pumping stations or water treatment plants. This experience must include participation in at least one (1) project involving the commissioning and/or operation of a pumping station with a design flow capacity of 8 m³/s or greater.

The role of the Development Executive is to work with the Head of Development to drive development initiatives from identification of development opportunities leading to project conceptualization, project feasibility, deal making up to finalization of deal with clients/customers/partners and project marketing up to required pre sales/pre lease levels to ensure that project financing is secured and project can be materialized.

Responsible for monitoring and reporting on overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Project Design and Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Mana gement, Contract Administration, and Safety Management.

The Development & Design Manager will lead and oversee the design and development processes within the retail industry, ensuring innovative and efficient solutions are implemented. This role requires a candidate with strong technical problem-solving abilities, research aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
