Job Description

  • Lead and grow the Oracle practice end‑to‑end, including strategy, offerings, and delivery oversight
  • Drive business development initiatives, including new client wins, account expansion, and pipeline management
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients across Oracle solutions
  • Build, structure, and mentor high‑performing Oracle delivery teams
  • Ensure consistent delivery excellence, risk management, and client satisfaction
  • Partner with sales and presales teams to support solution shaping and proposal development
  • Strengthen alliances within the Oracle ecosystem and stay up to date with platform evolutions
  • Establish best practices, delivery models, and frameworks to support scalable growth

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in consulting or system integrator environments
  • Proven track record of practice growth and revenue generation in Oracle solutions
  • Deep functional and/or technical expertise in Oracle technologies (e.g. ERP, Cloud Infrastructure, EPM, HCM, or related platforms)
  • Leadership maturity to operate at Manager or Senior Manager level
  • Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder and client engagement skills
  • Ability to build, lead, and scale teams while maintaining delivery quality
