Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end Salesforce practice, including strategy, offerings, delivery, and people development
  • Drive business development activities, including client acquisition, upselling, cross‑selling, and pipeline growth
  • Build and manage a high‑performing Salesforce delivery team, providing mentorship and leadership
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives
  • Ensure delivery excellence, governance, and quality across Salesforce engagements
  • Collaborate with sales, presales, and internal stakeholders to shape proposals and solution designs
  • Strengthen partnerships within the Salesforce ecosystem and stay current with platform innovations
  • Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, frameworks, and reusable assets

The Successful Applicant

A successful Salesforce Practice Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Demonstrated success in practice building, revenue generation, and business growth
  • Deep functional and/or technical expertise across Salesforce clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, Platform)
  • Strong leadership capability at Manager or Senior Manager level
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and commercial acumen
  • Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands‑on contributor
