Strategic Leadership and Planning

Define and implement the company's strategic vision and goals in alignment with the CEO's directives.

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategic plans to ensure sustainable growth. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and threats.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all business units to enhance efficiency and quality.Business Operations Management

Oversee the setup and management of business operations, including securing premises, permits, and processes.

Oversee day-to-day operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

Monitor business performance through KPIs and provide regular performance updates to the CEO and Board.Sales, Marketing, and Business Development

Lead marketing and sales initiatives to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.

· Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).Minimum of 10 years of progressive managerial experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position overseeing operations, finance, and strategy.
