As a strategic and commercial driven Sales Director, Your key objective is to lead the commercial sales, operations and partnerships, while creating a future business road map for the client's expansion within Egypt.

The role of the Development Executive is to work with the Head of Development to drive development initiatives from identification of development opportunities leading to project conceptualization, project feasibility, deal making up to finalization of deal with clients/customers/partners and project marketing up to required pre sales/pre lease levels to ensure that project financing is secured and project can be materialized.

The Development & Design Manager will lead and oversee the design and development processes within the retail industry, ensuring innovative and efficient solutions are implemented. This role requires a candidate with strong technical problem-solving abilities, research aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

The Chief Property Officer has overall accountability for the Group's property development portfolio and project execution activities, from strategic conception through to delivery and post-completion management. This is a high-responsibility, high-production leadership role that combines strategic development leadership with hands-on project execution oversight.
