The role of the Development Executive is to work with the Head of Development to drive development initiatives from identification of development opportunities leading to project conceptualization, project feasibility, deal making up to finalization of deal with clients/customers/partners and project marketing up to required pre sales/pre lease levels to ensure that project financing is secured and project can be materialized.
Supports the deployment of regional strategic and commercial initiatives, develops and implements local sales tactics, and collaborates with leadership to drive sales growth and profitability across markets and brands. Provides support for product launches, training, clinical education, and marketing activities, while identifying new business opportunities and contributing to key regional projects.
